Parcel Delivery (via SF Express or other designated courier services by the Village) Yi Prestige members can enjoy this service once per day by presenting the items purchased on the same day at Shanghai Village or Suzhou Village, along with corresponding receipts, and uploading them to the Welcome Center. Yi Enjoy and Yi Friend members may use this service by covering the actual delivery costs.

Notes

• For deliveries within Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, the service is complimentary within the specified weight and size limits. If the item exceeds 5kg or any of the following dimensions of 500mm (L) × 300mm (W) × 200mm (H), actual courier charges will apply. Deliveries to destinations outside of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai also require payment of the actual courier fees. • Disclaimer: Shanghai Village or Suzhou Village only provides the delivery service. Any loss, damage, shortage, or delay must be resolved directly between the member and the courier company.
